How we’ll work together
It’s essential that you establish a level of trust and confidence in your coach. For this reason, I offer a free complementary session to explore whether there is “a fit”. If we decide to proceed together, then I ask my clients to commit to at least three sessions, with each session lasting between one to one-and-a-half hours. The first is a 90-minute session where we identify a specific topic or issue that you want to explore and develop. Once we’ve identified a topic, we’ll then establish a finite time-period to flesh it out and identify a new way of being in the world that you can incorporate into your life. Our work together is finished when we’ve thoroughly explored all aspects of your topic and you can clearly incorporate your new way of being. At that time, you may choose to identify another topic to work on together or simply incorporate your new tools and applying them in your life.
All of my sessions are conducted via Zoom which allows for flexible scheduling and easy access wherever the client or coach may be located.
